## SEC. 8109 UPDATES TO CERTAIN WATER CONTROL MANUALS On request of the Governor of a State for which the Governor declared a statewide drought disaster in 2021, the Secretary is authorized to update water control manuals for water resources development projects under the authority of the Secretary in the State, with priority given to those projects that include water supply or water conservation as an authorized purpose or that incorporate the use of forecast-informed reservoir operations into such manuals.
