## SEC. 7315 SAVINGS PROVISION **[**[42 U.S.C. 5136a note](/us/usc/t42/s5136a)**]** Nothing in this subtitle shall diminish or divert resources from— ####

(1)the full completion of federally-led chemical surety material storage missions or chemical demilitarization missions that are underway as of the date of enactment of this Act; or ####

(2)any transitional activities or other community assistance incidental to the completion of the missions described in paragraph (1). ## Subtitle C Other Matters
