## SEC. 6402 ANNUAL SUBMISSION TO CONGRESS OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE PRIORITIES FRAMEWORK Section 102A(p) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3024(p)) is amended by inserting at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) > > Not later than October 1 of each year, the President, acting through the Director of National Intelligence, shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees, the Subcommittee on Defense of the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and the Subcommittee on Defense of the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives a copy of the most recently updated National Intelligence Priorities Framework of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (or any such successor mechanism).” > .
