## SEC. 6308 REQUIREMENT TO OFFER CYBER PROTECTION SUPPORT FOR PERSONNEL OF INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY IN POSITIONS HIGHLY VULNERABLE TO CYBER ATTACK ###
(a)In General Section 6308(b) of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 (50 U.S.C. 3334d(b)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1)— #####
(A)by striking “may provide” and inserting “shall offer”; #####
(B)by inserting “and shall provide such support to any such personnel who request” before the period at the end; and ####
(2)in the subsection heading, by striking “Authority” and inserting “Requirement”. ###
(b)Plan Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees, the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives an implementation plan for providing the support described section 6308(b) of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 (50 U.S.C. 3334d(b)), as amended by subsection (a), including a description of the training and resources needed to implement the support and the methodology for determining the personnel described in paragraph
(2)of such section.
