## SEC. 5939 EFFECTIVE DATE ###

(a)In General Except as provided in subsection (b), this subtitle shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act. ###

(b)Exception Subsections (c)(1), (d), and

(e)of section 5934 shall take effect on the date that is 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act. ## Subtitle E Other Matters
