## SEC. 591 REPORT ON NON-CITIZEN MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES Section 115a of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(h) > > Not later than April 1 each year, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that sets forth the following with respect to personnel: > > > #### “(1) > > The number of members of the Armed Forces who are not citizens of the United States during the year covered by such report. > > > #### “(2) > > The immigration status of such members. > > > #### “(3) > > The number of such members naturalized.” > .
