## SEC. 5853 NO NEW DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS **[**[12 U.S.C. 5498 note](/us/usc/t12/s5498)**]** Nothing in this subtitle, or the amendments made by this subtitle, shall be construed to require the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to collect or make publicly available additional information under the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (12 U.S.C. 5481 et seq.), beyond information that was collected or made publicly available under that Act, as of the day before the date of enactment of this Act. ## Subtitle F Federal Reserve System
