## SEC. 5261 NOTICE OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE INFORMATION OR ASSISTANCE TO INSPECTORS GENERAL Section 6(c) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(3) > > If the information or assistance that is the subject of a report under paragraph
