## SEC. 522 EXPANSION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR DIRECT ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS BY MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND COAST GUARD EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES Section 2601a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)in paragraph (2), by striking “; or” and inserting a semicolon; #####
(B)by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (4); and #####
(C)by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) > > that results in enrollment in a Warriors in Transition program, as defined in section 738(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 10 U.S.C. 1071 note); or” > ; and ####
(2)in subsection (c), by striking “paragraph (1),
