## SEC. 375 CONTINUATION OF REQUIREMENT FOR BIENNIAL REPORT ON CORE DEPOT-LEVEL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ###
(a)In General **[**[10 U.S.C. 111 note](/us/usc/t10/s111)**]** Section 1080(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1000; 10 U.S.C. 111 note) does not apply to the report required to be submitted to Congress under section 2464(d) of title 10, United States Code. ###
(b)Conforming Repeal Section 1061(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2401; 10 U.S.C. 111 note) is amended by striking paragraph (45).
