## SEC. 3545 ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION FUND Section 53503(b) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking “United States foreign, Great Lakes, noncontiguous domestic, or short sea transportation trade” and inserting “foreign or domestic trade of the United States”.
