## SEC. 3524 INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT ON STRATEGIC SEAPORTS In making port infrastructure development grants under section 54301 of title 46, United States Code, for fiscal year 2023, the Secretary may consider infrastructure improvements identified in the report on strategic seaports required by section 3515 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Stat. 1985) that would improve the commercial operations of those seaports.
