## SEC. 346 ANNUAL REPORT ON PFAS CONTAMINATION AT CERTAIN MILITARY INSTALLATIONS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN AQUEOUS FILM-FORMING FOAM Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for the following four years, the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on any known or suspected contamination on or around military installations located in the United States resulting from the release of any perfluoroalkyl substance or polyfluoroalkyl substance originating from a source other than aqueous film-forming foam.
