## SEC. 318 CLARIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE RELATING TO RENEWABLE BIOMASS AND BIOGAS Section 2924 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (6)— #####
(A)by redesignating subparagraphs
(D)through
(I)as subparagraphs
(E)through (J), respectively; and #####
(B)by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following new subparagraph (D): > > ##### “(D) > > Biogas.” > ; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: > > #### “(7) > > The term ‘biomass’ has the meaning given the term ‘renewable biomass’ in section 211(o)(1) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(1)). > > > #### “(8) > > The term ‘biogas’ means biogas as such term is used in section 211(o)(1)(B)(ii)(V) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(1)(B)(ii)(V)).” > .
