## SEC. 318 CLARIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE RELATING TO RENEWABLE BIOMASS AND BIOGAS Section 2924 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (6)— #####
(A)by redesignating subparagraphs
(D)through
(I)as subparagraphs
(E)through (J), respectively; and #####
(B)by inserting after subparagraph
