## SEC. 2904 COLLABORATION WITH STATE AND COUNTY It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of the Navy and Secretary of the Interior should collaborate with the State of Nevada, Churchill County, Nevada, the city of Fallon, Nevada, and affected Indian tribes with the goal of preventing catastrophic wildfire and resource damage in the land withdrawn or owned within the Fallon Range Training Complex.
