## SEC. 2867 TEMPORARY AUTHORITY FOR ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF FUNDS FOR CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA Section 2863 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Stat. 1899) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)in paragraph (1)— ######
(i)in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “cash”; and ######
(ii)in subparagraph (B), by inserting “and construction” after “The design”; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) Method of contribution > > Contributions may be accepted under this subsection in any of the forms referred to in section 2350k(c) of title 10, United States Code.” > ; and ####
(2)in subsection (b), by striking “Contributions” and inserting “Cash contributions”.
