## SEC. 2864 INCLUSION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR PURPOSES OF DEFENSE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE PILOT PROGRAM Section 2391(e)(4)(A)(i) of title 10, United States Code, as amended by this Act, is further amended by inserting “or on property under the jurisdiction of a Secretary of a military department that is subject to a real estate agreement (including a lease or easement)” after “installation”.
