## SEC. 2832 LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS PENDING COMPLETION OF MILITARY INSTALLATION RESILIENCE COMPONENT OF MASTER PLANS FOR AT-RISK MAJOR MILITARY INSTALLATIONS Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2023 for the Office of the Secretary of Defense for administration and service-wide activities, not more than 50 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which each Secretary of a military department has satisfied the requirements of section 2833 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81; 10 U.S.C. 2864 note).
