## SEC. 211 MODIFICATION OF COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AUTHORITY ###
(a)In General Section 2350a(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(F) > > The European Union, including the European Defence Agency, the European Commission, and the Council of the European Union, and their suborganizations.” > . ###
(c)Conforming Regulations **[**[10 U.S.C. 2350a note](/us/usc/t10/s2350a)**]** Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall revise the Department of Defense Supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to conform with section 2350a of title 10, United States Code, as amended by subsection (a).
