## SEC. 1525 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS PENDING SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION OPERATIONS STRATEGY AND POSTURE REVIEW Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2023 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, for the Office of the Secretary of Defense for the travel of persons, not more than 75 percent may be obligated or expended until the date that is 15 days after the date on which the Secretary of Defense submits to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives the information operations strategy and posture review, including the designation of Information Operations Force Providers and Information Operations Joint Force Trainers for the Department of Defense, as required by section 1631(g) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 10 U.S.C. 397 note).
