## SEC. 1503 MODIFICATION OF OFFICE OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY FOR STRATEGIC CYBERSECURITY PROGRAM Paragraph

(2)of section 1640(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 10 U.S.C. 2224 note) is amended to read as follows: > > #### “(2) Office of primary responsibility > > Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, the Secretary of Defense shall designate a principal staff assistant from within the Office of the Secretary of Defense whose office shall serve as the office of primary responsibility for the Program, providing policy, direction, and oversight regarding the execution of the responsibilities of the program manager described in paragraph (5).” > .
