## SEC. 1251 MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL REPORT ON MILITARY AND SECURITY DEVELOPMENTS INVOLVING THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA Section 1202(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended as follows: ####

(1)In paragraph (5)— #####

(A)in subparagraph (A), by inserting “special operations,” after “theater-level commands,”; and #####

(B)in subparagraph (B), by striking “A summary” and inserting “a summary”. ####

(2)In paragraph (7)(B)— #####

(A)in clause (ii), by striking “and” at the end; #####

(B)in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and #####
