## SEC. 1235 PROHIBITION ON TRANSFERS TO IRAN **[**[10 U.S.C. 2241 note](/us/usc/t10/s2241)**]** None of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense may be made available to transfer or facilitate a transfer of pallets of currency, currency, or other items of value to the Government of Iran, any subsidiary of such Government, or any agent or instrumentality of Iran.
