## SEC. 123 EXTENSION OF PROHIBITION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR NAVY PORT WATERBORNE SECURITY BARRIERS ###
(a)In General Subsection
(a)of section 130 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232; 132 Stat. 1665), as most recently amended by section 122 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81; 135 Stat. 1570), is further amended by striking “for fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022” and inserting “for any of fiscal years 2019 through 2023”. ###
(b)Technical Amendment Subsection (b)(4) of such section is amended by striking “section 2304” and inserting “sections 3201 through 3205”.
