## SEC. 1207 MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO SUPPORT BORDER SECURITY OPERATIONS OF CERTAIN FOREIGN COUNTRIES ###

(a)Modification Subsection

(e)of section 1226 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1056; 22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended by striking paragraph (4). ###

(b)Extension Subsection

(h)of such section is amended by striking “December 31, 2023” and inserting “December 31, 2025”.
