## SEC. 1203 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN MULTINATIONAL CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE Section 344(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1)(D), by striking “and” at the end; ####

(2)in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) > > the International Special Training Centre, established in 1979 and located in Pfullendorf, Germany.” > .
