## SEC. 11807 TECHNICAL AMENDMENT ###
(a)In General Section 6304 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “subpena” and inserting “subpoena” each place it appears; and ####
(2)in subsection
(d)by striking “subpenas” and inserting “subpoenas”. ###
(b)Clerical Amendment The analysis for chapter 63 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 6304 and inserting the following:" “6304. Subpoena authority.” ".
