## SEC. 11802 PASSENGER VESSEL SECURITY AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Section 3507(k)(1) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph

(A)by striking “at least 250” and inserting “250 or more”; and ####

(2)by striking subparagraph
