## SEC. 11605 PROTECTION AGAINST DISCRIMINATION Section 2114(a) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1)— #####

(A)by redesignating subparagraphs

(B)through

(G)as subparagraphs

(C)through (H), respectively; and #####

(B)by inserting after subparagraph

(A)the following: > > ##### “(B) > > the seaman in good faith has reported or is about to report to the vessel owner, Coast Guard or other appropriate Federal agency or department sexual harassment or sexual assault against the seaman or knowledge of sexual harassment or sexual assault against another seaman;” > ; and ####
