## SEC. 11340 TRAINING OF UNITED STATES OBSERVERS Section 403(b) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 1881b(b)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph
(3)by striking “and” after the semicolon; ####
(2)by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (5); and ####
(3)by inserting after paragraph
