## SEC. 11312 PER-INCIDENT LIMITATION **[**[26 U.S.C. 9509](/us/usc/t26/s9509)**]** Subparagraph

(A)of section 9509(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— ####

(1)in clause

(i)by striking “$1,000,000,000” and inserting “$1,500,000,000”; ####

(2)in clause

(ii)by striking “$500,000,000” and inserting “$750,000,000”; and ####

(3)in the heading by striking “$1,000,000,000” and inserting “$1,500,000,000”.
