## SEC. 11209 STUDY ON LAYDOWN OF COAST GUARD CUTTERS Not later than 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall conduct a study on the laydown of Coast Guard Fast Response Cutters to assess Coast Guard mission readiness and to identify areas of need for asset coverage.
