## SEC. 1107 FLEXIBLE WORKPLACE PROGRAMS Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall promulgate guidance to the military departments to promote consistency in policies relating to flexible workplace programs. Such guidance shall address at a minimum the conditions under which an employee is allowed to perform all or a portion of assigned duties— ####

(1)at a telecommuting center established pursuant to statute; or ####

(2)through the use of flexible workplace services agreements.
