## SEC. 1102 MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO WAIVE ANNUAL LIMITATION ON PREMIUM PAY AND AGGREGATE LIMITATION ON PAY FOR FEDERAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES WORKING OVERSEAS Subsection
(a)of section 1101 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4615), as most recently amended by section 1112 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81; 135 Stat. 1953), is further amended— ####
(1)by striking “that is in the area of responsibility” and all that follows through “United States Africa Command,” and ####
(2)by striking “through 2022” and inserting “through 2023”.
