## SEC. 1084 AMENDMENT TO MEMORIAL FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES KILLED IN ATTACK ON HAMID KARZAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Section 1087 of National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (40 U.S.C. 8903 note) is amended by striking “The Secretary of Defense may” and inserting “The Secretary of Defense shall, not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023,”.
