## SEC. 1072 BRIEFING ON FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT OF CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS RECEIVING DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FUNDS Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a briefing on the methods used to assess the eligibility of educational institutions for the receipt of payments under the payment method described in section 668.162(d) of title 34, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the date of the enactment of this Act).
