## SEC. 1054 BRIEFING ON GLOBAL FORCE MANAGEMENT ALLOCATION PLAN Section 1074(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(4) > > For each major modification to global force allocation made during the preceding fiscal year that deviated from the Global Force Management Allocation Plan for that fiscal year— > > > ##### “(A) > > an analysis of the costs of such modification; > > > ##### “(B) > > an assessment of the risks associated with such modification, including strategic risks, operational risks, and risks to readiness; and > > > ##### “(C) > > a description of any strategic trade-offs associated with such modification.” > .
