## SEC. 1011 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO SUPPORT A UNIFIED COUNTERDRUG AND COUNTERTERRORISM CAMPAIGN IN COLOMBIA Section 1021 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (Public Law 108-375; 118 Stat. 2042), as most recently amended by section 1007 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81; 135 Stat. 1889), is further amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)(1), by striking “2023” and inserting “2025”; and ####
(2)in subsection (c), by striking “2023” and inserting “2025”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(h) Annual Report on Plan Colombia > > Not later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year from 2023 to 2025, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report that includes the following: > > > #### “(1) > > An assessment of the threat to Colombia from narcotics trafficking and activities by organizations designated as foreign terrorist organizations under section 219(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189(a)). > > > #### “(2) > > A description of the plan of the Government of Colombia for the unified campaign described in subsection (a). > > > #### “(3) > > A description of the activities supported using the authority provided by subsection (a). > > > #### “(4) > > An assessment of the effectiveness of the activities described in paragraph
