## SEC. 13 EXCEPTION TO REQUIREMENT TO SUBMIT VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS Section 3313(l) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “The Secretary” and inserting “Except as provided in paragraph (4), the Secretary”; and ####
(2)by striking paragraph
(4)and inserting the following new paragraph (4): > > #### “(4) Exception > > An educational institution is not required to submit verification of an individual under paragraph (1)(A) if— > > > ##### “(A) > > the individual is enrolled in a course or program of education offered by the educational institution on at least a full-time basis before the date on which the individual is able to withdraw from the course or program of education without penalty; > > > ##### “(B) > > the educational institution charges the same amount of tuition and fees for students who are enrolled on a full-time basis and students who are enrolled on a more-than-full-time basis; and > > > ##### “(C) > > the individual remains enrolled in the course or program of education after the date on which the individual is able to withdraw from the course or program of education without penalty.” > .
