## SEC. 10 WEATHER AND WATER RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING Section 105(2) of the Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Act of 2017 (15 U.S.C. 8515(2)) is amended by inserting “and flood-event” after “operational weather”.
