## SEC. 204 TECHNICAL AMENDMENT ###

(a)In General **[**[42 U.S.C. 285a-10](/us/usc/t42/s285a-10)**]** Section 3 of the Hematological Cancer Research Investment and Education Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-172; 116 Stat. 541) is amended by striking “section 419C” and inserting “section 417C”. ###

(b)Effective Date **[**[42 U.S.C. 285a-10 note](/us/usc/t42/s285a-10)**]** The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall take effect as if included in section 3 of the Hematological Cancer Research Investment and Education Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-172; 116 Stat. 541).
