## Sec. 16 **[**[40 U.S.C. 884](/us/usc/t40/s884)**]** If any provisions of this Act or the application thereof to any body, agency, situation, or circumstances is held invalid the remainder of the Act and the application of such provision to other bodies, agencies, situations, or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
