## Sec. 4 **[**[16 U.S.C. 4](/us/usc/t16/s4)**]** That nothing in this Act contained shall affect or modify the provisions of the Act approved February fifteenth, nineteen hundred and one, entitled “An Act relating to rights of way through certain parks, reservations, and other public lands.”2 2The law referred to in section 4 is classified at 16 U.S.C. 79.
