## SEC. 3 EXAMINATION AND REPORT ON PREVALENCE OF MENTALLY ILL OFFENDERS Section 5(d) of the Mentally Ill Offender Treatment and Crime Reduction Reauthorization and Improvement Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-416; 122 Stat. 4355) is amended by striking “2009” and inserting “each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027”.
