## SEC. 4 PAYMENT TO WIDOWS AND HEIRS OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF CONGRESS There is hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2023, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for payment to Dean Swihart, beneficiary of Jacqueline Walorski-Swihart, late a Representative from the State of Indiana, $174,000. ### DIVISION A CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2023 The following sums are hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and out of applicable corporate or other revenues, receipts, and funds, for the several departments, agencies, corporations, and other organizational units of Government for fiscal year 2023, and for other purposes, namely:
