## SEC. 2007 SUNSET DATES ###

(a)Authorization **[**[21 U.S.C. 379i note](/us/usc/t21/s379i)**]** Sections 737 and 738 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379i; 379j) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2027. ###

(b)Reporting Requirements **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-1 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-1)**]** Section 738A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379j-1) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2028. ###

(c)Previous Sunset Provisions **[**[21 U.S.C. 379i note](/us/usc/t21/s379i)**]** Effective October 1, 2022, subsections

(a)and

(b)of section 210 of the FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 (Public Law 115-52) are repealed.
