## Sec. 702 repeal of laws relating to homesteading and small tracts Effective on and after the date of approval of this Act, the following statutes or parts of statutes are repealed except the effective date shall be on and after the tenth anniversary of the date of approval of this Act insofar as the listed homestead laws apply to public lands in Alaska: Act ofChapterSectionStatute at Large43 U.S. Code1.
