## SEC. 3 PAUL D. WELLSTONE FEDERAL BUILDING ###

(a)Redesignation The Federal building located at 212 Third Avenue South in Minneapolis, Minnesota, shall be known and designated as the “Paul D. Wellstone Federal Building”. ###

(b)References Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred to in subsection

(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Paul D. Wellstone Federal Building”.
