## SEC. 6 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[47 U.S.C. 345 note](/us/usc/t47/s345)**]** The requirements under section 345 of the Communications Act of 1934, as added by section 4 of this Act, shall take effect 60 days after the date on which the Federal Communications Commission adopts the rules implementing that section pursuant to section 5(b)(1) of this Act.
