## SEC. 7 REPORTS **[**[16 U.S.C. 6856](/us/usc/t16/s6856)**]** Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act and annually thereafter through March 30, 2031, the Secretaries shall submit a report on the progress made by the Secretaries with respect to meeting the requirements of this Act to— ####

(1)the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate; ####

(2)the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate; ####

(3)the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives; and ####

(4)the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives.
